You may be here because you are suffering loss or anxiety,
or are curious about what should come next in life,
or wanting to find fulfilling and authentic relationships.
My goal is to provide the support for clients to uncover greater ease
and resilience they may not know is already there.
I work with clients using mindfulness practice and Somatic Experiencing™ to help develop resilience,
release trauma from the body, and reduce the physical and emotional symptoms
of anxiety that inhibit many people from fully embracing their own path.
Mindfulness enables clients to track non-judgmentally what is happening in the present moment
and thus give them more choice where they otherwise might just react.
Somatic Coaching supports the process of tapping into often old, stuck parts of themselves
and help these parts support them instead of hold them back.
In the process, clients learn to feel more real. They challenge outdated assumptions.
And they learn courage to engage authentically and honestly in their relationships.
